I support you to let go of what no longer serves you so that you may love yourself more fully and embrace the life you desire

Psychotherapy and coaching are both offerings available to individuals, as well as couples/partners and families. I have also worked with co-parents, siblings, friends, and am open to supporting all important relationships to become more conscious and loving.

therapy

for those who desire a deeper dive into the self

When more complex symptoms and behaviors are impacting life functioning, psychotherapy will support a deeper level of healing and insight to restore balance. Therapy will also benefit the individual who desires to be in closer relationship with self. My comprehensive mental health training as an LCSW allows me to create a safe therapeutic container for others to process trauma and increase understanding of emotional, behavioral and relational patterns. Determining whether therapy is the most appropriate service for you will be part of assessment during our initial consultation call.

coaching

for those who benefit from a more focused approach

Coaching may be a more appropriate container for those who already have a strong relationship with self, and who are functioning fairly well in life. Coaching offers more direct, strategic guidance and accountability to work toward specific goals. One of the beautiful aspects of coaching is its flexibility, which allows us to be more creative in our approach to healing and success. There is more room to support you through education, for example with your physical health, your parenting skills, or the ways in which society and culture may be impacting you. Coaching allows me to bring my knowledge in theses areas to the table. It also encourages me to share more of my personal healing journey, leading through example.

Whether you’d benefit from the deeper excavation of psychotherapy or the future-focused lens of coaching, we will work together to help you feel more empowered and whole.

DISCLAIMER: Psychotherapy and Coaching are two distinct services that I provide, never both at the same time. Sometimes a person will benefit from receiving both psychotherapy and coaching simultaneously, in which case I would offer one service and refer out to another practitioner for the other service. The reason for this is that the client-practitioner relationship can become confusing if both services are attempted by the same practitioner.
